Upon entering Smile FX I was greeted and offered something to drink. The wait was less than 2.min. Everyone was pleasant and Sofia handle us with care. She wasn't pushy and very patient. We came in for metal braces and was pleased. Everything was top notch with their technology.

Very welcoming really good I am getting metal braces and they really explained in detail what im going to go through the process etc they have some very good options that I havent seen anywhere else. Sofia gave me a really good explanation and is welcoming and funny very nice place would reccomend.

From the moment you walk in it is an amazing experience. The office is so clean and welcoming . Immediately you get a sense of comfort and feel at ease. The entire staff is A+. It was such a nice experience, in the past dentist always brushed off my concerns but they really listen and told me alternative treatments that they provide. It was very informative and they explained everything clearly. Sophia and Sexnna (I hope I spelt it right, if not I’m so sorry 😭) were so nice and they actually communicated with me instead of automatically just telling my parent everything and leaving me out of the loop. Dr. Tracy lang was amazing and she was so nice! I’m definitely looking forward to improving my smile journey with them. They also had an ai picture that showed me in braces to see if I liked the color!

Yuliett was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, my experience was top-notch. I came in for a consultation and left knowing this is exactly where I want to start my braces journey.
The office was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The hospitality was truly 10/10, and the customer service was top-tier from start to finish.
The doctor was phenomenal—very knowledgeable, educational, and passionate about her work. I could genuinely tell that her focus is on giving patients the best results, not just making money or recommending unnecessary treatment. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and addressed all of my concerns.
One thing I especially loved was that she showed me what my smile could look like after treatment. That gave me so much confidence because I didn’t have to guess what the final results would be.
I will definitely be coming back to begin my treatment plan, and I highly recommend SMILE-FX to anyone considering braces or orthodontic treatment. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door, and that means a lot.

I have never experienced such an amazing orthodontist appointment before. Davi, was amazing, knowledgeable and very clear with all the information pertaining to the contract and procedures. Dr. Liang, was impressive she gave me a solution to the problem I came in with and I was very happy with that. I was also very impressed with the esthetic aspect of this office WOW , I felt I was at a spa , very relaxing and very comfortable. Thank you guys looking forward to my new treatment!

Ortho FX was such a good experience overall, with customer service and facility amenities are 5 Star! I highly recommend them for Retainers or any orthodontic Service.
